Sole Sunday Volume 2

These are a few of my favorite things :




When starting off my list of favorite things, there is no other option for me but Laird Superfood Creamer. This is not a sponsor of my blog, I am just a huge fan and consumer! This company was created by Laird Hamilton, who is also a big advocate for feet care. He said, "I learned about the importance of feet the hard way-by breaking my left foot more than 10 times, as well as all the metatarsals and arches in both feet. I know that if your feet hurt, you're done, without them, you're immobile. And now I appreciate them and treat them with the respect they deserve."

Laird knows how to treat his soles with respect. As an avid surfer, he takes care of the health of his feet, as well as getting that salt water into his skin often.

His products are made pure and give your body the extra boost it needs. My favorite flavor is the Original Superfood Creamer.






This brings me to my 2nd Favorite thing and one of my favorite local spots, Go Juice (also not a sponsor). If I am out running around and can't make my coffee, I love to pop into this shop and get a Superfood Latte made with the Laird Creamer. My family also loves their acai bowls and juices. Juicing is a great way to fuel our bodies at a cellular level! One cup and I feel my whole body smile!







Walking barefoot on the sand is a great way to stretch and strengthen your feet! The sand's soft texture makes walking more challenging and helps to build up those muscles.


My favorite exercise:

  1. Head to the beach (with a quick pit stop at Go Juice for a drink)

  2. Remove shoes, socks, flip flops, etc.

  3. Walk for as long as possible. Try increasing the distance slowly over time to help strengthen your feet.



These are my happy feet after an amazing walk on Fernandina Beach!
